Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds on chemical formulas

Due to the nature, safety regulations, and purity requirements of research-grade chemical formulations, all sales of chemical products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Software licenses

Software licenses are non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered and activated. We may offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software has not been activated and the license key remains unused.

Cancellation of recurring services

You may cancel any recurring software subscription at any time by contacting support. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in a billing cycle.
